PRO COMMERCIAL LICENSE for Digital Products | LinvitInstant

1. What This Agreement Means
• By purchasing and/or agreeing to this license, you accept the terms listed below.
• This license applies only to the specific digital monogram frame ("Licensed Monogram") you purchased from linvitinstant.com.

2. Who Can Use This License?
• The Licensee is the person or company that purchased the asset.
• This design is intended for End Consumer Use, C2C use, or B2C transactions only. It is strictly prohibited for B2B transactions. For such usage, both businesses must purchase a Pro Commercial License per design—even if a provider, such as the manufacturer, is using the item solely for marketing or advertising materials.

3. Where You Can Store the File
• You can store the asset on your own private server, cloud storage, or design app that only you or your team (with valid licenses) can access.

4. What You CAN Do (Allowed Uses)
You can use the asset to create products for sale, advertising, and branding, but there are some limits.
✔ Create up to 500 physical or digital end products (wedding invitations,
wedding stationery collections for sale (on your website or directly to clients)
stickers, posters, mugs, packaging).
✔ Use in a single business social media account (not multiple brands or clients).
✔ Use in printed advertisements within a local market (e.g., billboards, posters, flyers ).
✔ Use in digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with unlimited impressions.
✔ Use in online video content (YouTube, social media, etc.) with a lifetime audience.
✔ Upload the graphics to large template sites (e.g., Zazzle, Minted) but always use the graphic as part of a larger design integrated within a complex design concept.

5. What You CAN’T Do (Prohibited Uses)
✗ No reselling or distributing the monogram frame as-is. You must modify it and add value by creating a more comprehensive design. The design cannot be used solely, for example, on an invitation box with just an initial on top and names underneath. You must create a frame around the design. Additionally, you are not allowed to cut, divide, or use parts of the monogram frame as major design elements in your work.
✗ No selling or licensing the asset to others (e.g., in templates or stock designs).
✗ No use in on-demand or customizable products (e.g., print-on-demand, made-to-order, wholesale wedding products (B2B) .
✗ No use in website, app, or video game development.
✗ No use in global or national advertising without an extended license.
✗ No use as a business logo, trademark, or brand identity a business logo, trademark, or brand identity without a custom license.

✗ No sharing, uploading, or making it available for others to download.
✗ Resell or distribute the graphics as-is
✗ Use the graphic by itself on a product (e.g. foiling it on an invitation box as it is.)

Additionally, you are not allowed to cut, divide, or use parts of the monogram frame as major design elements in your work.

✗ No sharing, uploading, or making it available for others to download.
✗ Resell or distribute the graphics as-is.
✗ Use the graphic by itself on a product (e.g., printing it on a T-shirt with no changes)
✗ Upload the graphics to large template sites (e.g., Zazzle, Minted)
✗ Upload the graphics to large B2B sites. You are not permitted to send any images featuring my designs (linvitinstant.com linvit.etsy.com; linvitinstant.etsy.com) to B2B clients, manufacturers on Alibaba, or any other websites such as Amazon, eBay, etc.

6. Copyright & Ownership
• You do not own the design—linvitinstant.com or the original designer does.
• You have a limited right to use the asset under this license.
• The asset cannot be used as a logo, trademark, or in a way that makes it the main value of your product.

7. What Happens If You Break the Rules?
• linvitinstant.com can revoke your license if you violate these terms.
• If that happens, you must stop using and delete the asset immediately.

Not all designs are available for Standard Commercial or Pro Commercial Use. For availability, always check with us before purchasing.
