For such projects, all parties must purchase a Pro Commercial License for each design used. ⚠️

1.I’m a designer with a single client. Do I need to buy the Standard Commercial License?
Absolutely not! You can use the design for your client with no extra fees. Feel free to integrate it into a detailed wedding template with borders, florals, or decorative elements. Just remember that using it in a fully minimalist style isn’t allowed—that’s part of our signature look!

2. Can you change the color of my design?
Absolutely! With our Add-On Services, you can tweak the colors to perfectly match your vision. Just send us your HEX codes (up to 3 colors per request), and we’ll deliver your updated files within 24-48 hours.

3. What’s a HEX code, and where can I find one?
A HEX code is a 6-character color code (like #FFFFFF for white). Finding one is super easy—just check out Adobe Color or Coolors for inspiration!

4. How will I get my updated color files?
Your newly coloured PNG files (1000x1000 pix) will be delivered to your email within 2 business days .

Email us your color code (HEX) at support@linvitinstant.com with your order number. Please use the subject line "URGENT COLOR CHANGE." We’ll take care of the rest!

5. Can you recommend free font websites?
Absolutely! I love DaFont—it’s packed with free fonts that are perfect for creating stunning wedding designs.

6. Can you recommend a printer near us?

I’m not familiar with every local printer in every area, but if you’re planning to DIY your wedding invitations and stationery, Zazzle is an excellent option. They offer premium materials, worldwide shipping, and easy customization—just choose your design, personalize it, and they handle the printing.

If you’re considering larger or mass orders, I recommend placing a small test order first to make sure the paper, colors, and overall quality match your expectations before committing to a full print run.

7. I love your fine-art, luxury wedding monograms, but I have a limited budget. May I use your design on Zazzle for personal use only?

Yes. Every purchase includes a Personal Use License, allowing you to personalize items on Zazzle for your own wedding or as meaningful gifts.
At Linvit, we pursue fine-art excellence, but weddings are ultimately about emotion. Each design is created to honor love, unity, and unforgettable moments—whether for your wedding day, an anniversary, or a keepsake. Even when printed on Zazzle for personal use, the meaning remains the same :)

Any commercial use, client work, resale, or redistribution requires a separate commercial license.

8. I bought a design, but it’s not quite right. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds aren’t available. But don’t worry—I’m here to help! Contact me with your order number through; support@linvitinstant.com; or  linvit.etsy.com or linvitinstant.etsy.com, and I’ll help you pick a replacement design of equal value that better fits your needs.

9. How many times can I change my design?
You can request one change, so take your time browsing our shops to find the perfect replacement. Let’s make sure it’s exactly what you’re looking for!

10. I purchased this design for my personal use and want to customize it with a velvet invitation box or velvet invitations. Can I send the vector file to a printer or manufacturer, even if they are abroad?

Yes, you may send the file to a printer or manufacturer for the production of your own personal wedding items.

However, we kindly ask that the printer or manufacturer does not store, reuse, or apply the design to any future projects, whether for B2C or B2B purposes.

Each Linvit design represents over a decade of artistic development and personal work, created solely by us. We deeply value creative labor, originality, and the time behind every detail.

11. I created high-quality visuals, images, or videos. May I send them to my manufacturer or printer?

We respectfully ask that these materials not be shared with manufacturers or printers, unless they purchase a Pro Commercial License directly from linvitinstant.com.

Our designs are the result of years of dedicated craftsmanship, and we believe that all commercial use—regardless of scale—should be properly licensed.

12. They only asked for a few Instagram or social media posts. Can I share the images with them?

We kindly ask that these images not be shared with third parties for posting or promotion, as the focal point of these visuals is our original Linvit monogram artwork.

Our values are simple and sincere: we do not offer our work for free to large brands, manufacturers, or commercial entities. Every design represents time, artistry, and creative integrity, and any commercial use must always be supported by the appropriate license.

However, you may post them on your own story—we would love to see our design in action. Please kindly tag us on Instagram @linvitinstant. Your support truly means a lot to our studio.

13. I purchased a monogram on my mobile. How can I extract it and start designing from my phone?

You can easily extract your monogram and begin designing using your mobile device. Here’s how:

Step 1: Extract the ZIP file

  1. Download Google ZIP Extractor (a free app for opening and creating ZIP files).
  2. Open the app and tap "Open ZIP from Phone."
  3. Select the ZIP file and tap on the top right corner "Open" option.
  4. The file will automatically unzip, and you’ll see folders with PNG files.
  5. Tap on the PNGs to download them to your phone.

Step 2: Start Designing

  • Use Canva to design your invitation or save-the-date.
  • Try Zazzle to create personalized wedding stationery and décor.

🔹 Pro Tip: While mobile designing is convenient, we highly recommend using a PC or laptop for such important events. Larger screens allow for better spell checks, precise alignment, and test prints to ensure everything looks perfect! 

14. Can I use my wedding monogram on a dance floor?

Yes — for personal use.
You may apply your monogram or wedding crest to:

  • Dance floor decals
  • Vinyl overlays
  • Gobo light projections

For DJs using our designs across multiple lighting applications (including gobo projections), a Novice Commercial License is required. For vinyl printing, large-format production, or use across multiple client projects, a Standard Commercial License must be purchased.


15. Can I use the design on wedding signage and décor?

Yes! Your purchase includes personal rights for:

  • Welcome signs
  • Seating charts
  • Table numbers
  • Acrylic signage
  • Mirrors
  • Easels

Perfect for creating a cohesive wedding brand identity.


16. Can I use my monogram on wedding favors and gifts?

Absolutely. You may personalize:

  • Favor tags
  • Gift boxes
  • Candle labels
  • Mini bottles
  • Guest keepsakes

All for personal, non-commercial use only.


17. Can I print my wedding logo on napkins, menus, or place cards?

Yes. You may print your wedding logo or crest on:

  • Napkins
  • Menus
  • Place cards
  • Programs

Ideal for creating luxury fine-art wedding stationery.


18. Can I use my wedding monogram for a destination wedding or overseas printing?

Yes. You may send files internationally to:

  • Printers
  • Stationery studios
  • Décor manufacturers

⚠️ They may not store, reuse, or resell the artwork.


19. Is my wedding monogram a digital download?

Yes. All designs are delivered as high-quality digital files, ideal for:

  • Printing
  • Online invitations
  • Wedding websites
  • Signage
  • Keepsakes

20. Do you offer commercial licenses for wedding professionals?

Yes. If you are:

  • A wedding planner
  • Stationery designer
  • Branding studio
  • Event stylist

You must purchase a Standard Commercial License for each design used in client or  projects.

Important Note:

During peak wedding seasons, colour changes or design replacements requested via our email support@linvitinstant.com or through our shops linvitinstant.etsy.com and linvit.etsy.com may take up to 3-5 business days to process.
