Since our products are digital files, they are delivered instantly after purchase, making it impossible to return them. As a result, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

We want to ensure that you receive fully functional digital products. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us for assistance:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • The download link is not working.
  • You purchased the same item multiple times by mistake.

In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a new download link or, in rare cases, issuing a replacement.
