| You’re not limited to just our templates! Feel free to explore the entire zazzle platform. You can upload your wedding logo onto any template from any Zazzle seller to create something even more personal, stylish, and completely unique to your celebration. |
🖥️ Step 1: How to Unzip Your Files
- Download the
.zipfile from your email or account dashboard. - Right-click and select “Extract All” (Windows) or use Archive Utility (Mac).
- Open the extracted folder to access all your color variations.

📤 Step 2: How to Upload Your Logo to Zazzle
- Visit our Zazzle storefront and choose a template you love.
- Click “Personalize” or “Edit Design.”
- Click “Add Image” and upload your PNG logo in the color of your choice.
- Drag and position your logo — our templates are pre-sized for the perfect fit.

Step 3: Working with Layers in the Zazzle Editor (Quick Tip)
When you upload your wedding monogram or crest into a Zazzle template, you’ll be working inside the Zazzle Editor. On the left-hand side, you’ll notice a Layers Panel — this shows every design element on the template, including images, text boxes, backgrounds, and logos.

💡 Important:
Not every layer may appear in the exact stacking order you want right away!
Here's how you can easily manage your design:
- Move Layers: Click and drag any layer up or down in the left panel to reposition it visually on the template.
- Rename Layers (Optional): Click the ⚙️ next to a layer and rename it for easier management.
- Hide/Show Layers: Use the 👁️ to temporarily hide elements.
- Lock Layers: Lock a layer (🔒) once it’s perfectly placed to prevent accidental changes.
📋 Case Study Example:
You uploaded your golden anniversary monogram onto a menu template.
You notice the monogram is hidden behind the floral frame.
👉 Simply drag your logo layer above the decorative frame — now it shines beautifully on top!
🎯 Pro Tip: Once your monogram is perfectly placed, lock the layer to avoid accidental moves when adjusting text! |
It would make it even more "pro designer" level if you want! 🚀
Step 4-5: How to Personalize Text in Zazzle
Many templates allow you to edit text like names, dates, and locations.
Here's how:
✅ Simple Text Changes:
- Click the text box and type in your information.
🛠️ Advanced Text Editing:
- Click “Edit Design”.
- Highlight any text box.
- Use the top menu to:
- Change fonts (Great Vibes, Cinzel, Playfair Display)
- Adjust font size and spacing
- Change colors (paste HEX codes if needed)
💡 Find beautiful HEX color codes with Coolors or Adobe Color.

🎨 Step 6: How to Select Your Color
-
Pick from Zazzle Colors
➔ Use the built-in color palette to select a preset color. -
Use Your HEX Code
➔ Paste your custom HEX code for a perfect match to your wedding theme. -
Use the Color Picker
➔ Click the color picker tool and select a color directly from your monogram.
✅ Tip:
The color you pick will be automatically saved, making it quick and easy to use again!

Step Seven: Check for Groups Before Coloring
- Check if there are line groups or shape groups in your design.
- Ungroup them if needed — you cannot apply color to grouped elements.
- Once all colors are set and adjusted, click "Done" to save your work!

Final Step: Double-Check and Test Print Before Ordering
- After you click "Done," you can set the paper type and corner style.
- Strongly recommended: Double-check all details, then do a home print to triple-check your design.
- Always place a test print order first to ensure everything is perfect before the final order!

🖨️ Want to Print Somewhere Else?
You can absolutely use your files for:
- At-home printing (on cardstock, sticker paper, or labels)
- Local or online professional print shops
- Your wedding planner’s preferred vendor or stationery partner
- Custom vendors for acrylic signage, banners, or specialty materials
💡 File Formats for Printing:
- Use the transparent PNG for most standard printing projects like invitations, menus, and favors.
- Use the SVG, AI, or EPS vector files if your printer or designer requests scalable artwork — especially for large prints, gobo projections, dance floor wraps, or acrylic signage.
Always export or upload files at 300 DPI resolution (for PNGs) or provide the vector files directly for best quality on larger surfaces.
